    24-HOUR MAJOR CRIME SUMMARY REPORT

    November 29, 2012 – 6:01 a.m. to November 30, 2012 – 6:00 a.m.

    NOTE: Each of the following summaries are allegations of incidents that have been reported and are under investigation.

    Thursday, 11/29/12 –9:30 a.m.

    CIRCUMSTANCES:

    In the 6500 block of Gratiot, the female victim, aged 36, was at a local gas station when the suspects approached, produced weapons and demanded the victim’s property.  They escaped in her vehicle (1997, black, 4-door, Lexus ES 300), with personal property.  The victim was not injured.

    WANTED:

    Suspect #1:  Black male, 5’-9”, wearing all black clothing, a ski mask, and armed.

    Suspect #2:  Black male, 5’-9”, wearing all black clothing, a ski mask, and armed.

    Thursday, 11/29/12 –1:00 p.m.

    CIRCUMSTANCES:

    In the 8900 block of Rutherford, the male victim, aged 21, was engaged in a verbal confrontation with a known suspect, who produced a weapon and fired shots. The victim was struck in the body and listed in stable condition.

    WANTED:

    Known Suspect: Black male, 20’s, and armed.

    Thursday, 11/29/12 –1:55 p.m.

    CIRCUMSTANCES:

    In the 18900 block of Kentfield, the male victim, aged 61, was approached by the suspects who produced weapons, physically assaulted and robbed him. As the suspects fled from the location with the victim’s personal property, they fired shots. The victim was struck in the body, and listed in serious condition.

    WANTED:

    Suspect #1: Black male, 20’s, 5’-9”, 150 lbs, medium complexion, wearing blue jeans, dark sweater, and armed.

    Suspect #2: Black male, 20’s, 150 lbs, dark complexion, wearing blue jeans, and a white top.

    Suspect #3: Black male, 20’s, medium complexion, wearing a dark top, and dark pants.

    Thursday, 11/29/12 –10:55 p.m.

    CIRCUMSTANCES:

    At W. Grand Boulevard and W. Grand River, the male victim, aged 56, and suspect #1 had driven to a local gas station to meet suspect #2. While at the gas station suspect #2 produced a weapon, and robbed the victim of personal items. Both suspects escaped in the victim’s vehicle (white, 2001, Chrysler Voyager, mini van). The victim sustained minor injuries.

    WANTED:

    Known Suspect #1: Black male, 5’-9”, 200 lbs, dark complexion, clean shaven, wearing a yellow sweater with a hood, dark pants.

    Suspect #2: Black male, 6’-3”, 190, lbs, light complexion, and armed.

    Friday, 11/30/12 –2:20 a.m.

    CIRCUMSTANCES:

    In the 20000 block of Woodingham, the male victim, aged 22, responded to a knock at his door, when shots were fired. The victim received gunshots wound and was listed in critical condition.

    WANTED:

    Suspect: Black male, and armed.
